Welcome to Coral Bingo - Ocean Dive. These Terms explain the rules that apply when you use our game. Please read them before playing.
Continuing to use Coral Bingo - Ocean Dive means you accept these Terms. If you don't agree with any part, you should stop using the game.
Age Requirement: This app is intended for users who meet the minimum age required by Google Play and local law. Minors may only use Coral Bingo - Ocean Dive with verified parental or guardian consent.

What We Grant You
Subject to these Terms, MD AKASH AHAMMED grants you a:

- Non-exclusive license (others can have the same right)
- Revocable license (we can end it if you violate these Terms)

Your license does not permit: commercial exploitation, reverse engineering, creation of derivative works, redistribution, sublicensing, or removal of proprietary notices from Coral Bingo - Ocean Dive.
Updates: By using Coral Bingo - Ocean Dive, you agree to receive and install updates that MD AKASH AHAMMED provides. Updates may add, modify, or remove features.

Rules of Play
MD AKASH AHAMMED is committed to a safe, fair gaming environment. The following rules apply to all users of Coral Bingo - Ocean Dive.

Virtual Economy

Virtual assets are game features, not financial instruments. MD AKASH AHAMMED makes no guarantee of their value and they have no value outside Coral Bingo - Ocean Dive.
Acquiring virtual currency or items grants you a revocable license to use those game features — not ownership of any digital property.
MD AKASH AHAMMED reserves the right to modify the virtual economy, including prices and availability. Purchased items may not retain the same utility after game updates.
You may not sell, trade, transfer, or gift virtual items or currency to other players outside of explicit in-game mechanics.

Everything in Coral Bingo - Ocean Dive — from the artwork to the code — is owned by or licensed to MD AKASH AHAMMED.
What We Own
All content in Coral Bingo - Ocean Dive — including art, animation, audio, music, characters, storylines, code, and interface design — is owned by or licensed to MD AKASH AHAMMED and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
What You May Do
You may:
- Share screenshots and videos of your gameplay on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Stream your gameplay on platforms like YouTube or Twitch (subject to platform terms)
- Discuss and review Coral Bingo - Ocean Dive in fan communities
Copyright Claims: If you believe content in Coral Bingo - Ocean Dive infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to our support team with subject 'Copyright Notice'.
Feedback Rights: Any suggestions or feedback you submit to MD AKASH AHAMMED may be used freely without obligation to you.

No Warranty
MD AKASH AHAMMED provides Coral Bingo - Ocean Dive without guarantees beyond what the law requires. Here's what that means.
'As Is' Provision
Coral Bingo - Ocean Dive is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

MD AKASH AHAMMED will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, lost profits, or service unavailability — whether based on contract, tort, or other legal theory.
If MD AKASH AHAMMED is found liable for any claim, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 USD — whichever is greater.
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that applicable law prohibits limiting.

Protecting MD AKASH AHAMMED
Your agreement to these Terms includes accepting responsibility for claims resulting from your conduct in Coral Bingo - Ocean Dive.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MD AKASH AHAMMED and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, and costs — including reasonable attorney's fees — from: (a) your Terms violations; (b) your Coral Bingo - Ocean Dive use; (c) your content; (d) your law violations.
Defense: MD AKASH AHAMMED reserves the right to assume control of the defense of any matter subject to your indemnification. You agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

Disagreement Resolution

Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than court, where permitted by law. Arbitration is faster, less expensive, and more private than litigation.
Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or mass action lawsuit or arbitration against MD AKASH AHAMMED.
Exceptions: Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction. Individual small claims actions are also exempt from this arbitration agreement.
If you prefer not to be bound by the arbitration agreement, you may opt out by emailing our support team within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

Ending These Terms
This section covers both voluntary account closure and MD AKASH AHAMMED's right to terminate access.
You have the right to stop using Coral Bingo - Ocean Dive and close your account at any time without penalty. Email our support team to request deletion of personal data we control.
Termination for Cause: We may immediately suspend or terminate accounts involved in cheating, fraud, hate speech, or other serious violations, without prior notice when necessary to protect our community.
Effects of Termination: Upon termination, your license ends immediately, virtual assets in your account are forfeited (if terminated for cause), and survival provisions continue in force.

Legal Jurisdiction
MD AKASH AHAMMED operates under a specific legal framework. Here's what that means for you.
This Agreement is governed by applicable law in MD AKASH AHAMMED's jurisdiction of incorporation, excluding its conflicts of law provisions.
For disputes not subject to arbitration, courts in MD AKASH AHAMMED's jurisdiction have exclusive authority. You agree to their jurisdiction.
EU/UK Note: If you're an EU or UK consumer, mandatory local consumer laws apply in addition to this Agreement. Nothing here removes statutory consumer rights.

Terms Updates
As Coral Bingo - Ocean Dive grows and improves, our Terms will evolve. Here's our transparent update policy.
We distinguish between material and minor changes. For material updates (new data practices, new fees, IP rights changes), we provide at least 14 days of advance notice via in-app notification.
Changes take effect on the date specified. Continuing to use Coral Bingo - Ocean Dive after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
If You Don't Agree
If you disagree with updated Terms, you may stop using Coral Bingo - Ocean Dive before the effective date. You can request account deletion at our support team.

MD AKASH AHAMMED's failure to act on any violation of these Terms is not a waiver of our rights. We can enforce these Terms at any time.
Assignment: You cannot assign your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign ours in a merger, acquisition, or restructuring.

Player Health Notice
A small number of people may experience seizures triggered by certain light frequencies or visual effects commonly found in video games. Players with a personal or family history of seizures should consult a physician before playing.
If you experience any of the following while playing Coral Bingo - Ocean Dive: dizziness, altered or blurred vision, eye or muscle twitching, loss of consciousness, disorientation, involuntary movements, or convulsions — if you experience any of these symptoms, immediately stop playing and consult a physician.
